Ellen Klimm marketed and sold a home for us in the Wolfeboro area and I was so glad we selected her to be our agent. Because Ellen acted quickly to get the property listed, to schedule an Open House and to mail a large number of flyers to potentially interested parties in the area, we received several bids soon after listing and were able to close the deal within the desired timeframe.

The house was somewhat of a special case and Ellen was meticulous in checking details with various parties and town agencies and was instrumental in moving things along so we could set an aggressive closing date. She gave good advice tailored to our particular needs and was both determined and flexible in her sales techniques.

Dear Ellen, 

On several occasions over the past two years, my husband and/or I popped into Maxfield Real Estate's Wolfeboro office to find information on available land or houses; and each time we were greeted in a friendly, helpful manner. It was just such an afternoon last February when we came through the door looking for information on houses in the Wolfeboro area, not actually thinking we would ever buy one, but needing to see what was available. We really planned to build a house on property we own, but needed to be certain building was our best choice. You greeted us cheerfully just inside the front door, and despite our not too promising request, spent considerable time searching the computer and printing a few listings for us to see, as we intended. 

The following April, after we had received regular e-mail updates from you and searched the Maxfield web site for listings, we contacted you and arranged to meet to look at houses. Your kindness from the first moment was sincere and your caring genuine, despite that you knew we might not buy anything. You willingly arranged to see all of the properties in which we were interested during the one available day we had, though it made a very long workday for you. I am afraid that we nearly worked you to the bone that day, starting early in the morning and finishing well into the evening; but you cheerfully hiked up hills and down to show us every house on our list. You even offered to buy us lunch! 

We continue to search for a house today, and you are always eager to assist in any way.
